Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected countries in Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for assistance.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Time & Carriers

Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard  Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 4–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping for qualifying orders or promotions – details will be stated on the homepage or product page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once a shipment reaches your destination country.
You are responsible for paying any such fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@allmyroom.com with your order number.
If the package arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product, so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
